The White Belt Training will take you on a journey of self-discovery by exploring Art of Sensation.
1. Beginning with the Joy of Movement, you’ll learn 13 foundational practices for embodied awareness.
2. From the Nia perspective, all movement should feel good. This course trains you to develop body awareness, using your own body wisdom to guide you towards self-healing and holistic conditioning.
3. By learning to move, feel, think, and live in sensation, you will become a master at Nia’s body-centered approach to health, wellness and fitness.
Dorit and Laurie bring a depth of knowledge, training, coaching and life experience. We welcome all bodies and levels of experience.
